PERSONALITY/GIMMICK
Rora is not your typical wrestling diva. As sweet and kind as she appears to be, she carries a lot of baggage with her. At times, she can come off as stand-offish, but it’s only because she doesn’t trust people. She is very wary of people and their intentions, especially since the disaster that was her life four years ago is still very much available for everyone’s viewing pleasure. She’s quiet, a bit shy, and mostly steps back so her partner, Sebastian "Stian" Fournette can have the majority of the spotlight.

3. “The Podium” (Aurora run from across the ring and leap into the air. Sebastian will catch her and for one dramatic moment they will hold the iconic ‘Dirty Dancing’ pose. To come out of the lift, Seb will slam Aurora down on top of his opponent and after she scrambles out of the way, he will go for the pin.)

WRESTLING STYLE: Aurora doesn’t really have a set style. She’s very athletic and agile, so she doesn’t mind going to the top rope and taking big risks. She’s also pretty capable with applying submission holds (despite her lack of power) and just seems to adapt to whatever her opponent is doing.

WEAPON OF CHOICE: Aurora doesn’t really need weapons in order to win a match. Sebastian is at ringside with her every single time she steps between the ropes and his protective nature doesn’t allow anything bad to happen to her. He will be the one getting his hands dirty and using absolutely anything in order to protect her.

IN-RING EXPERIENCE: Aurora was trained by Dijuanna Marietta, a popular MMA and wrestling coach in Montreal. Both Aurora and Seb have been working with Dijuanna since 2015. Aurora made her debut later on that year on the Canadian indy circuit.

STRENGTHS:
1. Aurora is extremely intelligent and very graceful. Thanks to her skating, dance, and gymnastic background she can do absolutely anything in the air and on the ground, and knows how to catch her opponents off guard. She is definitely the brainy one, is pretty crafty, and can more often than not work around situations that don’t necessarily favor her.
2. Aurora’s biggest weapon is her partner inside and outside of the ring. Stian Fournette will do whatever it takes to keep his little star protected, even if it means risking his own well-being in the process. The two of them are of the same mind and work as one.
3. In terms of wrestling, Aurora is pretty fearless. She enjoys jumping off of things and making it look effortless. Whatever she lacks in technique and skill, she makes up for in agility and heart.

WEAKNESSES:
1. Aurora suffers from PTSD due to what happened to her in Russia four years ago. No one really knows the entire story, not even Sebastian, and certain things can cause warning bells to go off in her head. She lives with the shame and humiliation of that two-day span that ruined her entire life and truthfully, she harbors a lot of baggage from that. It definitely screws with her focus and composure.
2. While being her biggest strength and weapon, Seb is also Aurora’s biggest weakness. She loves him in a way that no one could ever begin to understand and when he’s not around, she is not complete. She will also bend to his will and follow his lead, no matter what the situation calls for, and that means she won’t always follow her own instincts.
3. Aurora has trouble getting down and dirty, due to the fact she is so graceful and feminine. A hardcore environment will likely be something she struggles with.

IN-RING ATTITUDE: Aurora is a competitor, someone who will never quit or give up. She made the mistake of letting someone force her from something she loved, and she refuses to ever find herself in that situation again. Aurora is able to put her emotions aside and give absolutely everything she has to her matches, or to Sebastian’s matches. She is a performer through and through.

1. NAME: Veronique “Vera” Armeaux-Vaillancourt (Celine Dion)
RELATION: Vera is Aurora’s mother and an absolute queen. When Aurora was only 2-years old, Vera lost her beloved husband (and Aurora’s dad) in a tragic accident in Nunavut. Vera raised Aurora by herself back in her native Montreal and made sure she never wanted for anything. Aurora owes everything to her mother.


2. NAME: Sebastian “Stian” Fournette (Scott Moir)
RELATION: Seb is the single most important person in Aurora’s life. The two of them have been together since they were 5 and 7-years old, when their mothers decided to put them together as ice skating partners. They are inseparable, literally seeing each other every single day. The only time they’ve been separated is for a week after the Sochi Olympics back in 2014, and there’s an entire story behind that.


3. NAME: Vitaly Tretyakov (Evan Lysacek)
RELATION: Vitaly is a grade-A piece of shit and the worst human being alive. He’s the cause of Aurora’s fall from grace, the reason she walked away from a sport she loved with her whole heart, and just he very essence of evil. He is currently competing at the Pyeongchang Olympics, where once again he is the favorite the win the gold medal in the men’s figure skating. He’s the type of person no one wants to see succeed and the one you low-key pray for to fail.


4. NAME: Dijuanna Marietta (Shayna Baszler)
RELATION: Dijuanna is the woman who has made more impact on Aurora and Seb in the last few years than anyone else. She found Aurora in a gym in Montreal back in 2015 beating the shit out of a punching bag and crying, and decided to befriend her. Dijuanna helped Aurora cope with her emotions and channel them in a healthy way; MMA. Seb was more than willing to get involved, literally following Aurora anywhere and everywhere, and he turned out to be a natural. Slowly, Dijuanna introduced the two to professional wrestling which gave them the competitive outlet they needed, along with the creativity to be performers again.


5. NAME: Alina Anasina (Julie Bowen)
RELATION: Former ice dancing coach, friend, and confidant. Alina is a figure skating legend in her own right having won a silver medal at 1994 Lillehammer Olympics in Pairs with her now-husband, Sergei Tretyakov. They competed for the Soviet Union.

BIOGRAPHY
Aurora Sky Vaillancourt (aka Rora Sky) is a former Canadian ice dancer turned professional wrestler and valet. At the age of 3, Aurora’s mother Veronique Vaillancourt placed her in figure skating lessons and it was pretty evident that young Aurora was a natural. When Aurora was just 5, Veronique befriended another mom in her daughter’s skating class and the two women put their heads together. They decided to pair their children up together and thus the team of Aurora Vaillancourt and Sebastian Fournette was born. As Aurora and Seb grew up, it was pretty clear that they were more talented than anyone could have imagined. Once Aurora turned 11, the two moms put their children in the capable hands of Olympic medalist Alina Anasina. Alina gave Aurora and Seb the foundation and discipline that would take them to the next level.

They dominated the junior circuit of ice dancing, winning absolutely every title they could. In 2014, they made their senior debuts at the Canadian National Championships. They won their first and only senior national title at those championships and earned a place on the Canadian Olympic team that would head to Sochi later on in the year.

In Sochi, Aurora and Seb competed in the first ever team figure skating competition, helping Canada earn the silver medal. Their performances in the team competition absolutely set Russia on fire and everyone started whispering that these two were the real deal. Later on in the Olympics, their original dance would leave them in second place behind the Americans and in front of favored Russians. It was a position no one but Seb and Aurora expected to be in. Unfortunately, things didn’t go well for the two of them in the free skate. To this day, no one but Aurora knows why their program fell apart but their fall from grace lives on forever thanks to the Internet. Aurora and Seb would never skate together again after that.

After hiding away for more than a year, unable to cope with the fact her only dream had been destroyed, Aurora forced herself back into the gym. The obscure gym in Montreal that she ventured too had a punching bag hanging in the corner, and all of a sudden Aurora got the inspiration to release every single emotion she had been bottling up. It was that day she met a woman named Dijuanna Marietta that would change her life. Along with Sebastian (who refused to leave Aurora alone once she walked away from him and their partnership; literally he gave her a week to herself before he was knocking on her door), Aurora began training in MMA, and then eventually pro-wrestling. The two became a team and found they enjoyed the physicality of the sport, as well as the fact it still allowed them to do their pretty tricks and be a team.

In January of this year, Dijuanna got a call from a friend, who knew a guy that was starting a promotion in New Jersey. He was interested in the two Canadians, and seemed to know a lot about them. Against her better judgment, Dijuanna told Aurora and Seb about the opportunity. Of course Seb wanted to go, and of course Aurora wanted whatever he did. So together, the two of them come to The Factory and truthfully neither of know what’s in store for them here.
